Foodie Claire Break…

As you can see, I’ve neglected my blog for almost two months. To actually pinpoint how long it’s been makes me cringe. There have been some good reasons though.

A new year generally means a new start and January and February have been busy months for me.

Firstly I have a new job! Those that know me will know that I specialise in pay per click marketing. After 3 and a half years in my role I decided I was ready for change, and change I’ve found. I started a new job two weeks ago which I love. Bigger agency, more work, varied clients. One of my clients is a restaurant deal booking site and I grinned from ear to ear when I was told I’d be managing them! I also turned 31 last month. Not that this has anything to do with anything but thought I’d put it out there.

I haven’t been neglecting the cooking! I’ve made some fantastic dishes over the last couple of months which I’m about to showcase to you. Now back to the food…
